**Junior Electrical Salesperson**

**Location**: Port Coquitlam, BC ( In-Office) | **Salary Range**: CAD$58,000-$62,000/year base + commission (OTE $70,000-$75,000)| Vehicle Allowance + Gas Card

**What You’ll Do**
- Build new customer relationships and grow our electrical sales.
- Leverage existing HVAC/plumbing clients to introduce electrical services.
- Support the development of our electrical business plan.
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure excellent service.
- Meet or exceed sales activity goals and contribute to revenue targets.
- Travel within the Lower Mainland territory (30-35% of travel)

**What You Bring (Qualifications)**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service.
- Post-secondary diploma (preferred)/certificate in business, sales, or electrical/HVAC trades (asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and eager to learn.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Knowledge of electrical/HVAC industry an asset.
- Specific technical/electrical product knowledge is not required at the time of hire. Full training will be provided. Prior exposure to the electrical/HVAC industry is considered an asset.

**Commission & Performance**.
- Commission paid: Quarterly
- KPIs/Targets: KPIs will focus on activity-based metrics in the first year (prospecting calls, client meetings, new account growth). Revenue targets will be introduced and ramped up as the Electrical Division expands
