We are looking to hire an enterprising **Junior Sales Associate** with fierce enthusiasm for dynamic audio technology, and a desire to work in a challenging hi-tech sales environment. Adamson’s sales representatives are expected to sell our products to new and existing customers, by building relationships, demonstrating our products’ benefits, and answering customers’ questions.
- **What We Expect from You: Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Developing and managing customer accounts
- Learning the desires and needs of our customers
- Finding new sales leads through client referrals or cold calling
- Networking with potential and current customers
- Keeping contact lists and checking-in with strategic follow ups
- Gathering market intelligence and uncovering opportunities for growth
- Informing customers of proper use and care for products
- Assisting customers with finding the products best-suited to their needs
- Meeting and exceeding expectations with regard to deadlines, quotas, and targets
- Preparing and submitting sales or inventory reports to management.
- **What You Bring to Adamson Systems: Education, Skills & Experience**_
- High School Diploma, or higher education
- (B.A. in Business, Technology, or a related field, is considered an asset)
- One year’s experience working with customers in a competitive sales environment
- Technical proficiency, with a high aptitude for learning in-depth product knowledge
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit
- Confidence and comfort with public speaking
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, or similar sales software.
