We’re a rapidly growing medical supplies company based in Barrie, Ontario, proudly serving customers across Canada. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an energetic and bilingual **Customer Service & Sales Representative** to grow with us and be a key part of our success story

What You'll Do:

- Provide top-notch customer service by processing orders, answering product inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers through warm, consultative sales conversations
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Stay up to date with our product offerings and promotions to provide helpful guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate records using our CRM and order systems

What We’re Looking For:

- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is an asset
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- A team player who’s ready to jump in and grow with a thriving company
- Comfortable with basic computer systems and quick to learn new tools

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

- Barrie, ON L4N 9L5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
