**Responsibilities**:
- Always strive for the highest-level of excellence in service for all our guests
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service.
- Lead and support office team fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Coordinate patient care to ensure seamless appointments and an exceptional patient experience
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow and effective treatment planning
- Develop and implement systems to streamline office procedures and improve overall practice efficiency
- Data Collection and Goal Setting
- Recruitment & Marketing
- Manage growth of the practice; Lead and Manage a growing of a team
**Qualifications**:
- Previous dental experience is an asset & background in CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage a team effectively and motivate
- A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering a positive patient experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
