- Ensure that all equipment is maintained properly and that the office adheres to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to implement best practices in patient care and office management.
- Stay current with medical terminology and industry trends to enhance practice operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a dental or medical office setting is required;
- Strong understanding of human resources processes and supervisory experience is essential.
