Job Overview:
**Hello We’re looking for a full-time skilled Bread Baker to join Bread Culture's opening team. We will produce some of the best bread, Viennoiseries, and Desserts in Canada, and we are looking for someone passionate who loves to bake and works well under pressure.**

**Duties**:

- Need at least 1 year bread experience at a commercial bakery
- Start working at 5-6am
- Make our customers happy with your bread and pastries
- Respect your co-workers even if you see their mistakes
- Mix and bake a variety of bread and pastries following recipes and quality standards
- Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

- Friendly and Happy Person
- Having a sense of humor and Can-do attitude
- Previous experience working in an artisan bakery or pastry shop
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
