Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bread Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with sourdough and always prioritizing quality and consistency.

Duties

  • Mix various bread doughs
  • Shape, proof, score and bake breads daily.
  • Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
  • Pack and organize bread orders daily for delivery and pick ups
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and timeliness of all products

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of baking sourdough breads
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Flexibility to work early morning shifts starting at 4-5am

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
