**Who we are**
Bad Dog Bread is a local Artisan Bakery striving to provide our community with good, honest bread, quality pastries, freshly milled flour and excellent service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of Professional Baking experience. We value attitude over experience.
- Good understanding of professional kitchen/bakery is a definite asset.
- Being a baker is a physical job. You should be able to lift 20-25kg multiple times during your shift and stand on your feet for 8 hours.
- Ability to work alone, and maintain good time management.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic (please explain what that means to you when you apply)
- Attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Confidence and decisiveness.

**Duties**
- Baking bread.
- Scaling, mixing, dividing and shaping.
- Keeping a timing and temperature log.
- Proofing and baking off pastries and preparing fillings.
- Milling flour.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift.
- Cleaning working spaces and equipment.

**Compensation**
- Up to $25/hour depending on experience.
- Full benefits after 3 months.
- Extra 5 sick days off plus.

- Night shift Bonus
- 40 hours a week with possible overtime during holidays and busy season.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 48 per week
