You’ll work alongside a friendly team, ensuring that our bakery is always stocked with delicious products for our loyal customers. This is a great chance to develop your baking skills in a positive and rewarding environment, whether you have experience or are eager to learn.Key Responsibilities: Follow recipes to produce a variety of baked goods Utilize baking equipment and manage the baking process Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience Support team members to ensure a productive work environment RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For: A positive attitude and a passion for baking Ability to work morning shifts, as early as 4 AM Strong teamwork and communication skills Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently No prior baking experience is required; we will train the right candidates Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods of time Frequent lifting and carrying of ingredients and products up to 50 lbs Using hands for repetitive tasks, including mixing and shaping dough Occasional bending and reaching required BenefitsWhat’s in it for you?
