**Your Role as a Baker**

As a Baker at COBS Bread, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality bread and pastries from scratch every morning. You’ll work alongside a friendly team, ensuring that our bakery is always stocked with delicious products for our loyal customers. This is a great chance to develop your baking skills in a positive and rewarding environment, whether you have experience or are eager to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Follow recipes to produce a variety of baked goods
- Utilize baking equipment and manage the baking process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience
- Support team members to ensure a productive work environment

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- A positive attitude and a passion for baking
- Ability to work morning shifts, as early as 4 AM
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Frequent lifting and carrying of ingredients and products up to 50 lbs
- Using hands for repetitive tasks, including mixing and shaping dough
- Occasional bending and reaching required
