**Job Title: Administrative Assistant** **Job Summary**: *We have openings for 2 part-time and 1 full-time position holders for this role. **Responsibilities**: As an Administrative Assistant at AC Properties and Home Maintenance, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and providing administrative support to various departments. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing and organizing office files, documents, and records. - Assisting in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. - Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other team members. - Preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents. - Conducting research and gathering relevant information as required. - Performing other duties as required. **Requirements**: - Fluency and excellent proficiency in the English language (both written and oral). - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - A proactive and positive attitude with the willingness to learn and adapt. **Qualifications**: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work. - Proficiency in English language, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple demands simultaneously. - Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Hours**: **Part-Time Positions**: **1. Morning Shift (9 am to 3 pm)**: **2. Evening Shift (3 pm to 9 pm)**: Applicants who demonstrate flexibility in working weekend shifts will be given priority. *Both part-time positions may require occasional hours exceeding 20 hours per week. **Full-Time Position**: Flexibility to work on weekends will be considered an advantage. **Compensation**: "The remuneration for the full-time position is $16.50 per hour, while the part-time positions offer a rate of $15.50 per hour." **Location**: 205-3489 Kingston Rd.
