Ensure all guests are welcomed and served in a courteous and professional manner executing all Element Hotel’s brand standards during the process.

Ensure required Front Office supplies are readily available for the guest.

Act as the line of contact for all guest complaints or issues.

Ensure all Front Office quality standards are complied with and that policies and procedures are consistently applied.

Assure all financial transactions are completed properly and within the established guidelines of the property.

Coordinate hotel operations with other departments in order to facilitate increased levels of communication and guest satisfaction.

Assist in the daily maintenance of room inventory status to achieve optimum levels of revenues while maintaining high levels of guest expectations.

Responsible for the Marriott BonVoy Guest membership program and ensure that all guests who are members are appropriately recognized, meeting all Marriott standards.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum 1 - 2 to years of Front Desk experience.

Night Audit experience and availability to work overnight shifts considered a huge asset.

Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written

Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services and facilities

Ability to make decisions with only general policies and procedures available for guidance

Strong morals and ethics, along with a commitment to employee privacy

Emergency First Aid and Standard CPR preferred.

Starwood and/or Marriot experience is an asset.

Knowledge of multiple languages an asset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $24.55 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
