- Experienced Travel Agents.

- Effective communication skills and a high degree of self-motivation, driven by the opportunity to help clients.
- A strong travel sales background is a plus.

**Job Duties (including but not limited to)**:

- Providing courteous and efficient customer service to all assigned guests regarding booking their vacation.
- Ensuring all loyalty guests are properly qualified and proper security procedures are always followed.
- Working with all guests to counsel them on vacation arrangements to maximize the experience and value.
- Keeping all fulfillment costs within company approved guidelines and using fulfillment funds effectively.
- Using preferred suppliers or approved suppliers to both research and book vacation components.
- Submitting all booked files to accounting within 24 hours of booking.
- Maintaining proper notes regarding all communication and information pertaining to a guests file.
- Following all company policies and standards.
- Reaching monthly sales targets
- Maintaining an organized filing system.

**Qualifications**:

- Must be fluent in English (French, Spanish and Cantonese is an asset)
- Previous travel sales agent experience or training is an asset.
- Valid work authorization.

**Supplemental Pay**
- Commission pay

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
