**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales and Project Support Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the sales process, guides clients through interior and exterior design selections, maintains project records, and assists with marketing efforts including website updates and social media content. A strong design sense, attention to detail, and excellent client service skills are critical for success in this role. Experience or education in sales and design is highly recommended.
**Responsibilities**:
**Sales, Client Service, and Design Coordination**
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, meetings, and general assistance.
- Guide clients through project selections, including interior and exterior finishes that align with project goals, budget and timelines.
- Enter specifications and selections into CoConstruct and assist the sales team with proposals.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, client information, and project databases.
- Track sales activities and generate basic sales and client service reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Update clients on project progress and ensure selections are finalized and ordered to keep construction on schedule.
- Participate in quality control processes to ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Collect client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
**Marketing and Office Administrative Support**
- Update and maintain the company website.
- Capture photos and videos of projects, job sites, and company events for marketing use.
- Create, and post engaging content on social media platforms to showcase projects, design selections, and team activities.
- Support the Financial Lead with filing, receipt reconciliation, and general administrative organization.
- Manage general office duties including filing, supply ordering, maintaining an organized and professional workspace.
- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies and coordinate necessary orders.
- Coordinate office equipment maintenance and service requirements.
**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with office team members and execute tasks efficiently and with precision.
- Communicate effectively to co-workers and clients.
- Take feedback constructively and implement it to improve performance.
- Collaborate effectively in a positive construction fashion.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while working.
- Respect and respond to direction given by your supervisors.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in sales support, client services, office administration, or a related role (construction or residential design experience is a strong asset).
- Education or professional experience in interior design, decorating, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a creative design eye.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Express, and basic website/social media tools.
- Basic photography and video skills for creating marketing content.
- Experience managing or contributing to websites (Squarespace).
- Familiarity with project management or construction management software (experience with CoConstruct is an advantage).
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, team-oriented, and dedicated to providing an excellent client experience.
