**About the Role**
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to keep our warehouse and office running smoothly. This position blends administrative support with light coordination of daily warehouse activities. If you’re someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems on the go, and being part of a dependable team, you’ll thrive here.

**What You’ll Do**
- Keep records and filing systems accurate and up to date.
- Handle data entry, document prep, and other clerical tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and paperwork for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Provide day-to-day admin support to the warehouse and logistics staff.

**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook for daily tasks.
- Clear communicator who can stay organized and manage priorities.
- Able to handle shifting needs in a busy warehouse-office setting.
- Prior experience in logistics or warehouse support is helpful but not required.
