A well-established dental practice located in Richmond, BC is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic individual as a full-time Dental Receptionist and Assistant.

Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm.

We are a busy general dental office that prides itself on teamwork and excellence in patient care. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in customer service, and goes above and beyond to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Desired Qualifications:

- Fluency in English is essential.
- Proficiency in Cantonese/Mandarin would be a valuable asset.
- Prior customer service experience is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- An outgoing and friendly personality.
- Excellent multi-tasking abilities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
- Greeting patients and managing their queries.
- Billing procedures and calculating estimates.
- Handling payments and liaising with insurance companies.
- Conducting various office tasks as needed.
- Assisting dentists with clinical procedures.
- Sterilizing instruments and ensuring work areas are disinfected and well-maintained.
