Position: Public Speaking and Debate Coach

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid - In-person and Online)

**About Us**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct one-on-one and small group (4-6 students) coaching sessions.

Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.

Provide constructive feedback and strategies to improve students' public speaking and debating skills.

Foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Track student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in coaching public speaking and debate.

Strong understanding of public speaking techniques, debate formats, and communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to engage and motivate students.

Flexibility to conduct both in-person and online classes.

Experience leading students to participate in and win awards in international competitions is a plus.

Personal experience in participating in and winning awards in international competitions is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Starting rate: CAD 50 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 8 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
