**How We Are Different**

The Ministry of Education approved the HS elective credit debate program - through the collective efforts of our experienced team and in partnership with HCOS, we have developed elective courses that can now be taken for B.C. credits toward graduation. We are the first and only debate program that offers B.C. Ministry of Education graduation credits.

**Who we are looking for**

Someone who is a Wechat and Red specialist, and will work in Marketing and Business Development through Wechat and Red. He/she will work with the team and mainly maintain, develop and nurture clients, as well as branding, event planning and business development through Wechat and Red. We are looking for someone who is positive, reliable, CAN SPEAK MANDARIN, and whose schedule is flexible, who can work afternoons/evenings, and sometimes weekends if necessary 40 hours per week over 5 days in our Vancouver office.

**This position for Wechat and Red Specialist responsibilities will be, but are not necessarily limited to**:

- Managing Wechat and Red platforms
- Generate content and videos for Wechat and Red, as well as visual and character design, website design etc.
- Event Planning for Wechat and Red
- Managing SCRM system
- Developing partners through affiliate program, loyalty programs and referral programs using Wechat and Red, including writing contract, negotiation with partners
- Developing company’s marketing strategy specifically targeting Chinese community within and outside of China
- Creative digital and print marketing input and output
- Managing the team posting digital marketing materials on Wechat and Red
- Maintaining ongoing communications with business partner to ensure the loyalty and affiliate program is running smoothly
- Work with the team to update the Mandarin website using Wordpress
- Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings and agenda formation research, specifically with respect to topics of interest to our clients and which can be used to generate their interest in our products/services
- Modeling competency and professional behavior for our high school volunteer interns
- Managing and coordinating video material collection and editing
- Overseeing ongoing company projects
- Wechat networking and posts

**Qualifications**:

- FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN
- Willing to start from admin to learn the services we offer (debate and reading and writing) and how to communicate with our clients
- Wechat and Red experience is a MUST
- Familiar with company Wechat system
- Skilled video production for WeChat, Red, and other English platforms.
- Graphic design
- Strong communication and people skills

**Compensation**:

- Starting with 3 months trial period at $3000-4000/month for 40 hours/week, 5 days per week pending on the experience
