**Introduction**:
**Position: Debate Coach - Specializing in Canadian National Debate Format, Public Forum, and British Parliamentary**

**Responsibilities and Requirements**:

- **Debate Format Expertise**: In-depth knowledge and experience in Canadian National Debate Format, Public Forum, and British Parliamentary debate styles.
- **Coaching Excellence**: Proven ability to coach and mentor students in various debate formats, providing effective guidance to enhance their skills and strategies.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, facilitate discussions, and provide constructive feedback.
- **Flexibility**: Adapt teaching strategies to cater to the unique requirements of Canadian National Debate Format, Public Forum, and British Parliamentary debates.
- **Collaborative Team Player**: Work collaboratively with fellow coaches and team members to collectively elevate students' debate skills.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Signing bonus

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (required)
