**WHO YOU ARE**
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable selling in-person as well as over the phone
- Public speaking skills
- Self motivated and organized
- Experience in real estate is ideal, but an interest in real estate is necessary Proven history working with in a CRM and other sales enablement tools

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Travel regularly within your local market to meet with current and prospective clients Build an actionable sales plan with to create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and develop a plan to close and win those opportunities
- Attend local industry events, trade shows to represent NDP
- Develop long term relationships with realtors, broker owners, and regional brokerage leadership
- Become proficient in communicating the value of NDP’s products, process and impact on a realtor’s business.
