**Role**:
Regional Sales Manager

**WHO WE ARE**
Next Door Photos is locally owned and professionally operated. We specialize in professional real estate photography and a comprehensive suite of other marketing media. Being part of a larger network allows us to provide next day turnaround on nearly every product, affordable pricing, and products of the highest quality.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable selling in-person as well as over the phone
- Public speaking skills
- Self motivated and organized
- Experience in real estate is ideal, but an interest in real estate is necessary
- Proven history working with in a CRM and other sales enablement tools

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Travel regularly within your local market to meet with current and prospective clients
- Build an actionable sales plan with to create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and develop a plan to close and win those opportunities
- Attend local industry events, trade shows to represent NDP
- Develop long term relationships with realtors, broker owners, and regional brokerage leadership
- Become proficient in communicating the value of NDP’s products, process and impact on a realtor’s business.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
