As Account Service Representative, you provide accounting, administrative, and operational support in day-to-day servicing and implementation of life insurance policies for our ultra-high net worth clients.

To be successful in this role, you need to be a proactive and effective team member, while remaining highly efficient, with a high sense of urgency and drive to achieve results.

**What you will do**:

- Actively support the implementation and day-to-day servicing of new and existing life insurance policies.
- Collaborate with all internal functions to follow implementation schedules and ensure timely progression of each file.
- Draft documents, complete forms, and maintain CRM database to ensure legal compliance.
- Participate in solutions/model discussions.
- Plan and prepare policy renewals.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Your education and experience include**:

- Completion of a Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in an accounting, financial services, or administrative role.
- Life Licensing Qualification Program (LLQP) completion is an asset.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:
