As a Store Manager, you’re able to retain and recap product knowledge and menu options in a cheerful way. Responsibilities include overseeing our restaurant operations such as scheduling, ordering, inventory, recruiting new employees and contributing to our people development. **Utilizing your knowledge and experience, you will**:
**Help grow the store**: Follow up and adjust policies and procedures to achieve the locations financial, operational, and customer-service goals, while working within stores to celebrate the strengths and help with the challenges.

**Lead the group**: Coach, motivate, and strengthen the team.

**Be the “Go to” leader**:Provide your knowledge and experiences on issues, staffing, and operations. Help problem solve quickly and effectively.

**Immerse yourself in the community**: Keep a finger on the pulse of events, partnerships, and fundraising opportunities.

**Liaise**: Communicate effectively with owners, accounting, head office, and suppliers.

**Exceed brand standards**: Conduct audits, ensuring store is operating at A levels. Coach when needed on potential issues.

**Plan**: Conduct strategic planning and goal setting with regular follow ups to ensure goals are met.

**Report**:Complete high level reporting.
