**About the Role**

The **Business Development Manager** is a key player within the Business Development department responsible for AtomVie’s B2B / CDMO marketing activities, conducting marketing research and keeping the company updated on the industry dynamics, in addition to developing and submitting and negotiating business proposals along with financial assessments.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead AtomVie’s presence in key exhibits and conferences in the radiopharmaceutical industry.
- Support Associate Director with marketing materials for all attendees at conferences.
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that will differentiate AtomVie from its competitors.
- Supervise current efforts in increasing AtomVie’s profile visibility on social media and its website.
- Ensure a continuous publication stream of press releases, blogs and articles that highlight AtomVie’s milestones and topics relevant to radiopharmaceuticals.
- Manage and lead the marketing team.
- Required to stay updated on the local and global Radiopharma industry, develop and maintain a professional network within the field.
- Conduct research in the radiopharmaceutical industry and understand clients’ needs.
- Perform and maintain a competitive landscape analysis & competitive intelligence and monitor how AtomVie is differentiated from its competitors.
- Identifying and recommending new service offerings that will differentiate AtomVie in the industry.
- Familiarity with SWOT analyses to evaluate prospective clients.
- Support Associate Director with Agreement drafting, reviewing and final execution, including Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs/NDAs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Work Orders (WOs) and Clinical Supply Agreements (CSAs). CDAs, MSAs, WOs and CSAs.
- Maintain a record of all existing agreements in the company’s database and ensure all agreements are valid and any take on any renewals for contracts to be expired.
- Support the transition towards a digital system to enter all agreements and client information (CRM - Customer Relationship Management software).
- Build a menu of pricing of current deliverables on AtomVie’s Fee for Service contracts with the goal of standardizing prices of offerings at AtomVie to all clients.
- Participate in financial assessments of projects, feasibility studies, budget development, profitability and ROI analysis.
- Other duties as assigned

**Experience Necessary**
- Degree in life science/health science sector (B.Sc/M.Sc.) and/or MBA.
- 5+ years of experience in commercialization/business development and forming/fostering relationships with clients.
- Experience in B2B business development and marketing, strategies development and execution.
- Experience in digital and social media platforms management.
- Adept in conducting research independently.
- Pharmaceutical industry knowledge is an asset (not necessarily Radiopharma).
- Professional, independent.
- Multi-tasking and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS suite (word, excel, ppt, MS project is a bonus).
- Excellent in communication (written, verbal and presentations).
- Formal Financial Training is an asset.
