Business Development Manager is the pivotal sales leader for an assigned region. Our BDM's have proven success in selling property management services, proven team leadership abilities and an insatiable drive to win. They partner with our Regional Directors to own growth plans, win new business and have a high focus on hitting revenue targets for their region. In short, ethical winning and the right investors matter most. Our BDM’s network, identify, and build relationships with owners of single-family and multi-family residential rental properties. They find creative (and profitable) solutions to earn business across a wide variety of channels and ensure new clients who join us experience flawless service. BDM’s also are responsible for leadership of Account Managers in their region in team and individual development.

The ideal BDM is driven to win; self motivated, client-centric, goal-oriented, and strategic. Must have a proven track record of building a book of business and achieving measurable sales goals and have sales leadership experience. A background in (and passion for) real estate is required for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the Regional Director and Sales Director to formulate annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans and objectives for the assigned region
- Learn and develop a strong knowledge of the target region and surrounding markets to be a resource to local real estate investors and help close difficult prospects
- Lead team of Account Managers to improve conversion rates and achieve growth objectives
- Develop relationships with and ultimately acquire new clients, specifically investors with 5 or more residential rental properties
- Attend industry specific events and be a voice of leadership
- Lead team in quota carrying performance
- Set and track regional sales targets, aligned with Executive Properties' objectives and hold the team accountable to the set targets
- Suggest actions to improve sales processes, to include creating proposal materials, researching contracts, market analysis, assisting with onboarding processes, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times by assisting with the sales, onboarding, and continuous relationship management processes to give the new and existing clients
- Support regional ambassadors, representing the company in a positive light

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, consistently exceeding targets
- 1+ years of industry specific experience
- Driven individual that is capable of developing a growing region
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on developing and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; including willingness to present at events
- Highly strategic and entrepreneurial; thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence and achieving goals
- Tech savvy with the ability to use G-Suite products, etc
- Passion for real estate

Compensation

$50,000 base + Bonuses
