With offices from Hamilton to Ottawa and Calgary to Edmonton, Integricon provides emergency mitigation, restoration and general construction services to properties in the GTA affected by floods, fires, or other property damage.

We are currently hiring for an ICI Site Supervisor in the Greater Toronto area.

**Job Description**:

- Supervising projects and operations on-site
- Ensuring that the quality of work and materials is upheld
- Organizing and Supervising site staff, trades and contractors and ensuring that they are performing as required and reporting progress
- Ensuring that the health and safety project plans and MOL requirements are implemented and followed
- Ensuring that the budget is followed; working with Project Manager to keep costs under control
- Creating, Monitoring, and updating project schedules and ensuring the schedule and look ahead schedules are followed and provide updates to the Project Manager/Senior Management as required

The Successful Applicant
- 2+ years experience in ICI construction as a Superintendent working on multiple full-cycle ICI developments is a must
- Have all necessary certifications: Working at Heights, WHIMIS, First Aid and Basics of Supervision
- Possess thorough knowledge in designing and building large scale ICI developments
- Familiarity with LEED certification and sustainable building practices preferred
- Gold Seal certification or equivalent credentials are highly desirable
- Additional tasks and duties as required
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Experience in educational and healthcare construction is preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
