Crestview Auto Service, a well-established and reputable auto repair and maintenance shop in Saskatoon, is seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our valued clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers with their vehicle repair and maintenance needs
- Explain and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to customers, including estimated costs and timelines
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services, and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Schedule appointments and manage the shop's work flow
- Coordinate with the technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and repairs
- Promote and sell additional services and products to customers, such as maintenance packages and accessories

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

**Salary**: $31,732.63-$53,164.80 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
