Job description
WATCH & JEWELLERY SERVICE - HUDSON'S BAY - FULL-TIME SASKATOON
Shifts: Monday - Friday 10am-6pm each week
As a Retail Sales & Service Advisor for our watch & jewellery service center in Hudson’s Bay, your duties include:
watch battery installation,
strap & band installation and adjustments
minor on-site repairs
assess customer needs and offer appropriate service advice
encourage sales in a manner which ensures quality and effective customer service
use your knowledge to promote and recommend products and services in relation to the customers specific requirements
prepare work orders and complete daily/weekly sales paperwork
maintain inventory
treat retail guests to exceptional customer service
work well within a team environment

Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in delivering exceptional customer service in a retail or service environment
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in watch and or jewellery repair would be an asset but is not required
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $14.00-$15.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Weekends only
