**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a licensed Service Advisor to play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between our customers and technicians. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their vehicle needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assess their vehicle needs
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
- Ensure all repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve issues and improve processes

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

** Good attendance and punctuality record**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
