Service Advisor - Auto Repair and Maintenance Shop

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and exceptional customer service? Join our well-established and reputable auto repair and maintenance shop in Saskatoon as a Service Advisor. We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients with their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.
  • Explain and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance to customers, including estimated costs and timelines.
  • Provide accurate and detailed estimates for repairs and services, ensuring customers are well-informed.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the shop's workflow efficiently.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed on time and to the highest customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer information, service history, and repairs.
  • Promote and sell additional services and products to customers, such as maintenance packages and accessories.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a service advisor or customer service role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
