We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. **Responsibilities**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, addressing their service needs.
- Assess customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding vehicle maintenance and repair options.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to explain technical issues in an understandable manner.
- Assist in scheduling service appointments and managing the service workflow.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing receipts.
- Promote additional services through effective upselling techniques while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services and repairs.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in automotive repair preferred.
- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive service environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling services is a plus.
- Proficient cash handling skills with attention to detail in financial transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- A team player who is eager to learn and grow within the automotive industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
