**Brief job duties**
- Conduct on-site measurements to ensure precision and accuracy for custom millwork fabrication.
- Coordinate and manage millwork projects from inception to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop project plans.
- Collaborate with designers, fabricators, installers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize Mozaik or equivalent software to review and assist with millwork drafting and design.
- Oversee and troubleshoot production and installation processes to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in millwork project management or similar role within the custom woodwork industry.
- Strong knowledge of millwork products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficient in reading and understanding millwork shop drawings.
- Experience using Mozaik or equivalent CAD/CAM software for millwork drafting.
- Understanding of millwork installation procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Certification or degree in construction management, architecture, or related field is an asset.
- Hands-on experience with millwork fabrication is an asset.
