We are seeking an Entry-Level Millwork Installer who is enthusiastic and eager to learn the trade while contributing to our high-quality projects. You will assist in the installation of custom-designed millwork in high-end residential projects. Your role will focus on learning and executing installations with a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the installation of custom-designed millwork in high-end residential projects.
  • Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installations.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install millwork materials under supervision.
  • Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment to uphold company standards.
  • Demonstrate a strong emphasis on integrity and punctuality in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of one year of formal training in millwork or a related field from a technical school.
  • Basic understanding of materials, tools, and techniques used in millwork.
  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.

Compensation:

Entry-level position starting at $28/hr,

2 weeks paid vacation.
