Millwork Installer

We are seeking experienced Millwork Installers to join our team on a subcontractor basis for upcoming commercial projects. This role will initially be project-based, with the opportunity for long-term employment after a successful probation period. You will work on the installation of custom millwork, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install millwork in commercial settings, including medical clinics, restaurants, and high-end offices.
- Work with a range of materials, ensuring precision and quality in measuring, cutting, and assembling millwork components.
- Collaborate with the construction team to meet project deadlines and ensure seamless project execution.
- Load, transport, and install furniture, millwork panels, and related materials.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders accurately.
- Post work clean ups and reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of one year of experience in commercial millwork installation.
- Strong understanding of carpentry and precision millwork techniques.
- Ability to do minor modifications to PB and MDF sheets, perform edge banding etc. on job site.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting to meet project deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and transport furniture, sheets, and toolboxes as needed.
- Experience with both hand tools and power tools for installation work.

Pay: $25.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
