**What We’re Looking For**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience using a wide range of hand and power tools, including drills, jig saws, planers, table saws, mitre saws, and track saws.
- Previous experience with high-end cabinetry or millwork is a strong asset.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, accountable, proactive, and self-directed.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a clean, professional job site.
- Genuine curiosity about the trade, with a desire to learn more about tools, materials, products, and installation techniques.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the precise installation of cabinets, components, panels, millwork products, and hardware.
- Scribe fillers and components, level cabinets using lasers, and shim walls to ensure secure, high-quality installations.
- Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Lift and move materials, tools, and components as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe site environment.
- Present yourself as a valuable team member who contributes to the success of each project.
