Key Responsibilities:
Install custom-designed millwork in high-end residential projects
Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate and precise installation
Utilize hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install millwork materials
Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and contractors on job sites
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ensure that all work is performed with a strong emphasis on integrity, punctuality, and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience with millwork installation and/or cabinet shop work.
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in millwork
Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and specifications
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on precision and quality
Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job site conditions

Entry-level position starting at $28/hr, those with 4 years experience in millwork installation can expect $45/hr.
