**Team Lead, Client Focus Team**
- Reporting to: Vice President/General Manager_

**Position Summary**:
The
**Team Lead, Client Focus Team** is responsible for the executionof the assigned projects and overall performance of the Client Focused Team (CFT). Ensures key metrics are met for project quality, on-time shipment, job closure rates, Client satisfaction, and margin attainment. Ensures the CFT works as a team to fully understand and meet the needs of our Clients. Work with functional leaders to manage, coach, and develop employees to perform in accordance with Argus’ values and Client needs.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Client Experience**
- Establish and manage Client communication and interfaces to achieve a high level of Client satisfaction.
- Ensure CFT communication channels with each function are open, timely, and effective.
- Work with Sales to ensure projects are managed through clean start process
- Work with sales to explore and grow new business opportunities for assigned Clients.
- ** Project Management**
- Responsible for providing project and team leadership for all aspects of the project execution process.
- Responsible for oversight of CFT to ensure projects are executed at all phases to Argus standards and delivered on time, on spec and on estimate.
- Identifies project risks and challenges early, escalates when needed and quickly works to identify solutions.
- Driver of execution with strict management of accountability and timelines.
- Interface with Supply Chain and Operations on demand planning and delivery dates
- ** Team and People Leadership**
- Accountable for the overall performance of the Client Focus Team
- Leads, mentors, and develops team to deliver results that meet and exceed Client expectations.
- Comfortable at working in and leading a cross-functional team.
- Works with functional and departmental leadership to ensure team and individual team member success.
- Other duties assigned

- Strong working knowledge in MS Office Suite and project management and ticketing systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge and daily management of ERP systems.

**Employment Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or technical degree from a college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education and years of
- A combination of at least three to five (3-5) years of experience in project management and leadership of people and teams.
- Extensive and proven successful Client service
- Experience in managing and delivering on complex Client project contracts and quotes.
- Argus or other agricultural controls experience desired and may be substituted for other experience.

**RATE OF PAY**

The successful applicant will be remunerated based on their skills and experience.
