**Position**: Sales Team Lead - Vermeer Division: If you're passionate about sales and leadership, this is the role for you. As our Sales Team Lead for Vermeer, you'll lead the team while maintaining vital relationships with our major accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales results and exceed objectives.
- Develop strong client relationships and find creative solutions.
- Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Coach the sales team to meet or exceed targets.
- Manage sales budget and provide accurate forecasting.

**Talent Management Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to HR practices and procedures.
- Implement staff performance reviews, development, and succession planning.
- Train and develop the team.
- Maintain efficient staffing levels and promote our values.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven sales management experience.
- Strong forecasting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Recruitment skills.

**Training, Education, and Experience**:

- 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales team management experience.
- Valid driver's license.

**Compensation Package**:

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (based on skills and qualifications).
- Commission (if applicable).
- 3 weeks of vacation.
- Extended benefits.
- RRSP matching plan.
- Company car.
