**Position**: Sales Team Lead - Vermeer Division: If you're passionate about sales and leadership, this is the role for you. As our Sales Team Lead for Vermeer, you'll lead the team while maintaining vital relationships with our major accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive sales results and exceed objectives.
- Develop strong client relationships and find creative solutions.

- 5+ years of successful equipment sales experience.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales team management experience.
- Valid driver's license.

**Compensation Package**:

- Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year (based on skills and qualifications).
- Commission (if applicable).
- 3 weeks of vacation.
- Extended benefits.

- Company car.
