**Truck Team Lead - Sales Oriented**

Looking for more than just a driving job? At **Recycle-It Canada**, we offer property cleanups, junk removal, light demolition, and site services across the Lower Mainland. We’re building two-person teams — and we need **Truck Team Leads** who can lead on-site, keep jobs moving, and communicate directly with clients to deliver value and grow business.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Drive a 1-ton, 3-ton, or 5-ton truck to and from job sites
- Act as the lead on site — communicate with dispatch, Lead your team member in daily tasks, and engage with clients.
- Ensure job scope is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Help with loading/unloading, cleanups, and light demolition.
- Be sales-oriented: confidently speak to customers, suggest additional services where applicable, and assist with basic estimates, invoicing, or receipts.
- Keep clear job notes and communicate any changes to management.

**What You Bring**:

- Class 5 Driver’s License (BC).
- At least 2 years of experience driving a range of trucks (1-5 ton).
- Leadership mindset and strong work ethic.
- Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs, navigate stairs and uneven ground.
- Solid communication skills — confident and professional with clients.
- Interest in sales is a plus.

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience in junk removal, demolition, or construction.
- Familiarity with estimates, job costing, or upselling.
- Routing and crew coordination experience.
- Clean driving record.
