**About the Account Manager role**:
Float is looking for a high-impact **Account Manager** to join our Customer Experience team This role is designed for a growth-focused, consultative seller who thrives on expanding customer partnerships and driving revenue. You’ll be responsible for realizing expansion opportunities with our customers post-onboarding, ensuring they continue to grow and scale with us.

In this role, you will own strategic expansion initiatives within an aligned book of business, identifying and executing on opportunities to increase Total Payment Volume (TPV) and deepen customer adoption. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify whitespace opportunities, deliver tailored recommendations, and structure contracts that drive meaningful business outcomes.

**As an Account Manager at Float, you will**:

- **Own expansion and upsell opportunities** within a portfolio of existing customers, using data-driven insights to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- **Take a consultative approach to account growth**, engaging with multiple stakeholders to uncover business needs, position solutions, and create value for their teams.
- **Partner closely with CSMs** to align on key growth opportunities within their accounts, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience.
- **Lead commercial conversations**to structure incentives and contract negotiations that drive customer expansion and retention.
- **Own pipeline and forecasting**for expansion revenue, ensuring consistent tracking and execution of account growth initiatives.
- **Be the voice of the customer,** collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to influence roadmap priorities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

**Requirements**:
