Toronto, Canada Account Management East Full time

Work closely with the Account Executive, Analyst and other members of the Integrated Solutions team including Leadership (aka, the internal team), to help deliver the Integrated Solutions value proposition. Maintain communication between the internal team and client.
**The Customer Support Representative will have**:
Direct or indirect communication with client to provide support required in any of the areas identified below + correspondence with vendors (insurance providers, etc.) as required to meet the client’s needs:

- Claims resolutions
- Billing issues
- Contract interpretations
- Administration
- Interpretation of underwriting and administrative rules
- Accessing available services
- Employee communications

**To be successful as a**Customer Support Representative**, you will need**:
