As a content revision and translation advisor, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team in a fast-paced and agile environment. You will fulfil various revision and translation requests from our internal clients located in Montreal, Quebec, Toronto, Morocco, France, and the United States. Your interest in languages, your ability to produce quality documents, and your thoroughness and good humour will contribute to the success of our services.
- Format and correct resumes and other documents for various departments of the organization in English and French (linguistic revision, rewriting, typographical corrections);
- Translate documents from French to English for various internal clients;
- Perform second readings of documents revised and/or translated by colleagues and provide efficient and respectful feedback;
- Correct, translate and publish job postings on the company website;
- Actively participate in the search for improvements (processes, linguistic discussions, etc.).

**When it just clicks**:
Does this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (linguistics, translation, communications, etc.);
- Two years of relevant experience;
- Skills and experience in French to English translation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (styles, track changes, etc.);
- Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team;
- Strong organizational skills and excellent priority management;
- Attention to detail, strong concentration skills, initiative, and professionalism;
- Assets:

- Knowledge of:

- Antidote;
- DeepL and other translation software;
- Bullhorn.
- Impeccable skills in English are required for day-to-day revision and translation work. Advanced skills in French are also required.
