**Real Estate Lawyer (**Langley office) - 8 + year call**

Work in beautiful Langley with the resources of a mid-sized firm and an office in downtown Vancouver.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate lawyer to join a thriving and established corporate practice with tremendous potential for growth and expansion in the Fraser Valley and Vancouver.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional value in a diverse corporate commercial practice advising on various real estate transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, and providing sound business advice
- Creating and reviewing legal documents, including Agreements of Purchase and Sale, leases, and closing documents
- Offering legal guidance on zoning laws, land use regulations and contractual obligations
- Act as a trusted legal advisor to entrepreneurial and owner-operator clients
- Be resourceful and possess the passion and creativity of an entrepreneur
- Effectively manage a busy practice ensuring timely responsiveness to client needs
- Provide innovative solutions that advance client goals and interests while protecting against legal risks
- Strive for service excellence and continuous improvement
- Possess interest, ability or experience to retain clients and develop new business

**Qualifications**
- 8+ years of practice in BC and in good standing with the Law Society of BC
- Excellent analytical skills, business sense, professionalism, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal and external professionals
- Results driven, analytical, self-motivated and detail oriented with the ability to logically identify solutions or approaches to issues
