Are you someone who just gets content — and knows how to make it stand out?

We’re a growing Real Estate Team looking for a part-time **Social Media & Marketing Assistant** to help us elevate our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more.

We’re looking for someone creative, organized, and hands-on — someone who can turn listings, behind-the-scenes moments, and real estate insights into content that engages and builds trust.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Create and schedule original content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook (Reels, stories, feed posts)
- Assist with video and photo shoots
- Capture behind-the-scenes content from showings, staging days, open houses, and client events
- Draft captions and brainstorm content ideas that match our tone and brand
- Design flyers, postcards, and social graphics using Canva (or similar tools)
- Help manage a content calendar to keep everything organized
- Support with listing launches or events (some weekend availability with advance notice)

**You Might Be a Good Fit If You**:

- Love creating content and making it visually appealing
- Are comfortable filming short videos or directing others on camera
- Know your way around Canva (or are quick to learn)
- Have a strong eye for branding, tone, and storytelling
- Are detail-oriented, proactive, and work well independently
- Have an interest in real estate, design, or digital marketing
- **Bonus**: You've done social media or marketing work for a brand or business before

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and manage print marketing materials (feature sheets, brochures, signage, postcards)
- Create and post content for listings, team updates, client stories, and more
- Support with promotional campaigns, open houses, and client events
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms and materials
- Conduct light market research to identify trends and content opportunities
- Collaborate with the team on fresh, creative marketing ideas

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook — and what performs well
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong written and visual communication abilities
- A collaborative, creative mindset and a passion for community-building
- **Bonus**: Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation strategies, paid social ads, Google Analytics, or WordPress

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Able to work **in-office** part-time (approx. 20 hours/week to start)
- Flexible availability during the week with some weekend work (advance notice always provided)
- Office located in **Langley**

**Potential to Grow**:
This role starts as part-time but has **potential to grow into a full-time position** for the right person. We're looking for someone who’s eager to grow with us and become an integral part of our team.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
