**The Position**:
This expansive role is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a position requiring a passion for customer service, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The successful applicant will enjoy working in an industrial/ commercial atmosphere and will excel in a fast-paced setting requiring initiative, attention to detail, and diplomacy.

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, shipping/receiving, and administrative office experience ideally in a fast paced industrial/commercial environment
- Ability to effectively work with a wide range of people and personalities
- A proven self-starter who can work independently without supervision as well as someone who enjoys the challenge of working in a high activity, team-based environment
- A quick learner with strong computer proficiency in MS Office and proven strength in using MS Excel on a regular basis, we will train on our programs
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively manage changing priorities
- Possesses a passion for strong customer service
- Detail oriented, dependable, and reliable
- Valid driver’s license would be an asset though we are transit accessible.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling incoming calls and customer walk-ins from roofing contractors and homeowners
- Dealing with customer inquiries and order taking
- Coordinating delivery of orders
- Processing of incoming and outgoing paperwork, including file maintenance
- Acting as a resource to contractors, guiding customers and providing assistance where required
- Data entry and document/file maintenance

We will provide training for this role, and we offer a fun and challenging teamwork environment along with a competitive salary. **This role is 5 days/week and 4 hours/day, hours will be negitiable within our open hours. ** There will be opportunity for more hours and the possibility for full time.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
