This Installation & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the installations, maintenances and tool inventory regards to TRUMPF SOPs with all required administrative operational services.

Installation & Maintenance Coordinator Responsibilities
- SIS Projects (organize and schedule missions related to SIS projects)
- Purchasing of Service Tools and Assets
- Maintenance mission coordination
- Installation coordination
- Occupational Health and Safety Coordination
- Tool Management (Organize, maintain service toolboxes and take care that tools are calibrated regularly, sorting the tools phsically)
- Admin / Service back-office task/ responsibilities for Service Manager and Managing Director (e.g., keeping Service processes up to date, maintain KPIs etc.)
- Experience/Education
- Two-years technical services administrative and coordination education and work experience.
- Also, computer software/file management is of advantage.

Experience & Education

We are looking for someone with about 5 years of experience in a similar field.

Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field.
