OVERVIEW
DUTIES
**Key Responsibilities**:Systems Administration**:

- Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations in Procore, SiteDocs, Jonas, and Collage.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting.
- Monitor system performance and usage and recommend improvements.

**IT Coordination**:

- Collaborate with our external IT provider to manage Microsoft 365, including user setup, licensing, and security.
- Coordinate the setup and deployment of laptops, iPads, and other hardware.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access and equipment.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Update and maintain company website content (e.g., project updates, team bios, news articles).
- Ensure website functionality and coordinate with web developers as needed.

**Documentation & Support**:

- Create and maintain internal documentation for systems and processes.
- Provide basic training and support to staff on system usage and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related role.
- Familiarity with construction/project management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs).
- 2 + years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration for an organization.
- Advanced knowledge of website content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).

**Salary Range**: $70,000 - 75,000 annually, dependent on experience and education.
