**Duties and responsibilities**

In this role, you will:

- Assess business opportunities and collaborate developing strategies to attract students to Mentora College
- Research, contact and sign agreements with schools and agencies to develop business that will support an increase in student interest, enrollment and brand awareness.
- Provide career and academic counselling, planning, and advising to potential students.
- Prepare reports and proposals.
- Make presentations, conduct, webinars, trainings and sales through digital platforms
- Assist the admin team in the office with office support as needed.
- Other duties as assigned are consistent with supporting the student recruitment and enrollment function; and collaborating with the college team on the delivery of student services as required

- Legally eligible to work in Canada

**Compensation**
- Salary range : $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
