We are searching to hire an **International Student Recruiter** for our Ontario Campuses.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Bring strategic vision, focus and innovation to enable future growth in a competitive market.
- Responsible for dealing with prospective student enrollments through international student recruitment from Agents.
- Identify new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Engage sales and marketing activities, understand industry trends, to inform upon strategic planning and forecasting.
- Plan college enrolment and targets each semester and participate in annual planning exercises.
- Collaborate with department leaderships, assign targets to agents, track and manage outputs.
- Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged through regular communication.
- Participate in education fairs, keep agents and potential students updated with requirement and processes.
- Ensure agent quality via regular training for agents and increase volume of international applicants to meet semester targets.
- Increase international student enrolment from diverse and emerging markets; strategize business development and enrollment from new emerging markets to diversify recruitment channels.
- Manage special projects that are aligned with College enrolment and overall Hanson Business Development.
- Ensure enrolment targets are aligned and achieved by semester and annually.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of exposure in progressive partner management and business development roles with a proven track record of success.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a client-centric mindset and positive attitude.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of International education trends and opportunities.
